Buy it online, return it in-store
Need to exchange or refund your DOSPLUS purchase? It's easy !
Find your purchase receipt.
Bring your receipt, packing slip and new, unused item(s) to any DOSPLUS retail store for an exchange or full refund within:
30 days of receiving your order for most product categories.
14 days of receiving your order for Computers, Monitors, Printers, Laptop Computers, Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Portable DVD Players.
Our customer service department will help you with your exchange or refund the full value of your purchase. The funds will be applied to your credit card within seven (7) days.
If you would like to return a heavy goods item, please contact our Customer Care Department at 1-877-847-6373 Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
Web Only products
Products that are available online only can also be returned to DOSPLUS store for a full refund upon presentation of the sales receipt.
Please note the following conditions
Product packaging includes all manuals & accessories. There will be a nominal charge for missing packaging, accessories or manuals.
Returns and exchanges require your name, address, phone number and signature for audit and fraud prevention purposes. Valid photo ID may be requested to confirm this information. See our Privacy Policy for more details. Returns with original receipt will be made to the original method of payment. Store credit will be given for returns with gift receipts.
Due to copyright laws, computer and game console software, music CDs, DVDs and videos in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same title. Installation is not refundable if the service has been performed.
Exchanging or returning products purchased in-store
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), DOSPLUS will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. Simply return the product within 30 days (14 days for Computers, Monitors, Printers, Notebook Computers, Camcorders, Digital Cameras, Radar Detectors and Portable DVD Players) in its original condition and packaging (including all manuals & accessories) along with the original sales receipts. There will be a nominal charge for missing packaging, accessories or manuals.
We may also request your name, home address, and phone number for all returns and exchanges. Valid photo ID may be requested to confirm this information. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Computer and Game Console Software, Music CDs, DVDs and Videos - Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and opened products may be exchanged for the same item (no refunds) within 30 days of purchase.
